Since then, I’ve been a part of over 600 real estate transactions, gaining hands-on experience in every stage of the contract-to-close process. In early 2026, I transitioned into an independent Transaction Coordinator, allowing me to expand my business and support a wider range of agents while continuing to provide organized, reliable, and detail-driven transaction support.

FAQs

  • My pricing is $350 for a listing transaction or a buyer transaction.

    A dual transaction is $500. This applies when I am coordinating both sides of the transaction (buyer and seller) and includes full contract-to-close support for each side.

  • Communication is a top priority for me. I provide regular updates throughout the transaction and communicate via email, phone, and text as needed. I stay in close contact with all parties involved to ensure timelines are met, documents are handled properly, and nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Yes. I am a licensed real estate agent in California, with eXp, which allows me to understand the transaction from all sides and provide knowledgeable, compliant support throughout the process.

  • I use Glide for disclosures and paperwork and DocuSign for digital signatures, ensuring a streamlined and organized transaction process from start to finish.
