Road Map to Homeownership! 

  • Find a great agent that you're comfortable working with

  • Determine what you can afford, by getting pre-approved for a home loan

  • Start searching for and touring homes with your agent

  • Make an offer and negotiate with seller

  • Set up inspections and plan to attend

  • The lender will order for an appraisal to be done and work on getting loan approval

  • Any final negotiations, final walk through and getting prepared to close

  • Sign paperwork, wire in funds, once we have recording confirmation, you are a homeowner!!!
